In view of the publicity about processed foods and horsemeat, note that all our meat is from two local suppliers, Hillworth Farm Meats of Longdon and LDA Meats of Ledbury, both of whom have full traceability on all their meat. We cook our food here, from scratch, so we know what's in it and where it has come from.
