To all loyal customers old and new,

The Bear is under new ownership and management. We are delighted to announce that well known and respected (and successful) Landlord David Willson-Lloyd is now in charge!!

Lloydie will of course bring his own style and panache to The Bear but it’s not all change as our fantastic chef Josh is still with us.

Over the next few weeks we will be undertaking some decoration and new flooring. We will try to keep disruption to a minimum, but we may need to change opening hours temporarily. We will keep you posted on social media and in the pub.

Having said all that The Bear is not closed, it is still serving outstanding beers and wine and great food. New addition Robinsons Cider is very popular!!!
