A hand-made 4 to 6 month old mature cheese blended with
Worcestershire Sauce and Shallots. Pasteurized cows milk
and vegetarian rennet.


v Worcestershire Gold

Handmade by Croome Cuisine -

from Channel Island milk, this cheese has a lovely golden straw colour
and a rich taste. The curds are pressed and allowed to dry for 24 hours
then the cloth and band are applied to the rind using
warm vegetable fat, this protects the cheese and
retains moisture and taste.


v Hobsons ale and wholegrain mustard

Handmade by Croome Cuisine -

Creamy mature cheese blended with Hobsons Ale and
Wholegrain mustard. Pasteurized cow's milk, vegetarian rennet.


v Shropshire Blue

Best described as a cross between Stilton and Cheshire -
slightly sharper and creamier in taste than Stilton.


v Hereford Hop

4 - 6 month old mature cheese rolled in toasted hops


v Somerset Brie

Creamy with a mild, fresh flavour and a soft edible white rind. The curd is the colour of straw, as it ripens from the outside in, it becomes softer, richer and with a fuller flavour
