Panko-breaded fishcake with haddock, cod, smoked salmon and prawn.
Dill and lemon mayonnaise

Pork and black pudding scotch egg with
very locally sourced free-range egg and watercress
Main Courses
Slow braised lamb shank, rosemary and onion gravy,
swede and carrot mash, roasted potatoes and parsnips
Pan fried chicken breast, asparagus wrapped in Parma ham,
minted new potatoes and hollandaise sauce
